I've been an educator, entertainer and performer for the last 15 years mainly as a classical saxophonist and professional unicorn - but then, in 2024 I learned the classic yoyo for a job and went on tour!
I love the yo-yo!

While touring on the road, I developed my skill for the modern yoyo through a discovery of 'freestyle' where I could coordinate yoyo tricks to music phrases and beats! This lead me to go to Nationals to meet modern yoyo players and begin my entry into the community.

As a long time show creator, I launched my yoyo show in 2025 which went through many iterations thorugh the summer! It has grown into an engaging, entertaining, educational and super dynamic, fun and musical STEAM show! Yay! I love to share the joy, history, knowledge and passion of this skill-based toy!

Me & the YoYo
I learned the yo-yo only a year and a half ago....
With a background as a trained classical musician, I have discovered I have the ability to learn, teach myself, practice and gain skills at whatever I do! Most recently I was touring schools as a solo performer for a company doing a motivational show that used the yoyo. For this job I learned the basics of yoyo-ing! I developed my skills with all my time traveling solo for over a year, visiting a new city each week. I found the skill based activities like the yoyo bring joy, and not only to me, but to others! So, in the spirit of joy, I developed my skills and created a show for summer fairs - and I offer yoyo engagement in my community by showing up in public or offering playshops.
